Baraboo Hills
JOURNEYS; AN ICE AGE ADVENTURE takes place in the heart of the Baraboo Hills. Composed of very old, reddish-purple quartzite -- a hardened sandstone, this formation ranges roughly east-west across southern Wisconsin not far from Madison and Wisconsin Dells.
